Equality program are dedicated to developing  models of positive Jewish and Arab interaction, greater sensitivity to the needs of the Arab population, fair and equitable hiring practices, and cultivation of mass media recognition and celebration of diversity. Key priority areas are  education, budget allocations, affirmative action, and universal national service.

Career Counseling to Strengthen the Arab Community An innovative center for career counseling will be established in Sakhnin to promote employment among Arab citizens in Israel. Preliminary research will explore employment and education needs of the Arab population. Subsequently, a center will be established to locate potential candidates for employment and promote their placement. This center will be established in collaboration with Mossawa Center – The Advocacy Center for Arab Citizens in Israel, and will publish its research findings as a basis for future plans and public advocacy.		Breaking the Language Barrier Language is a communication tool between people, but it also expresses identity, culture and tradition. Language also conveys feelings and meaning.
