Key priority areas are  education, budget allocations, affirmative action, and universal national service.

 

Partnership Programs Initiatives
Career Counseling to Strengthen the Arab Community
An innovative center for career counseling will be established in Sakhnin to promote employment among Arab citizens in Israel. Preliminary research will explore employment and education needs of the Arab population. Subsequently, a center will be established to locate potential candidates for employment and promote their placement. This center will be established in collaboration with Mossawa Center – The Advocacy Center for Arab Citizens in Israel, and will publish its research findings as a basis for future plans and public advocacy. 
Breaking the Language Barrier
Language is a communication tool between people, but it also expresses identity, culture and tradition. Language also conveys feelings and meaning. Knowledge of another person’s language enables bonding and understanding, and also facilitates a dialogue. More...
